  • Consumer Engagement Data: QR scans, visits, and interactions with Deals on LobbyCast.tv.

When you submit creative assets (logos, text, images) for use in your Deals, you grant LobbyCast.tv the right to process and publish them on the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that all content is lawful, accurate, and properly licensed.

5. Consumer Data

Consumers scanning a QR code or visiting LobbyCast.tv/deal may have engagement data collected (e.g., scan counts, visits, clicks). This is used for reporting back to Members and improving the Service.
